Beginner's course + 2nd Beginner's course + Field work
Our foundation training is perfect for those seeking a strong base and hands-on experience.
The program begins with a 2-week beginner's course, followed by a 2-week repetition of the same course, as recommended by our teacher Asokananda. This repetition reinforces your understanding of the fundamental techniques.
In addition, you will learn how to create and use herbal balls in Thai massage.
During the final week, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge and skills into practice by providing massages to elderly residents at a local home. Each morning, you will give massages under the guidance of your instructor. In the afternoons, you will receive valuable feedback and further instruction to refine your techniques.
This foundation program offers a comprehensive learning experience that will set you on the path to becoming a skilled Thai massage practitioner.

1st Beginners course + 2nd Beginners course + Bridging & Side Position + Advanced + Stretches & Fieldwork
Our Intensive Massage Programs and Packages are designed for those committed to mastering the art of Thai massage.
The journey here begins with our foundational beginner's course, which you will repeat over the following two weeks, as advised by the esteemed teacher Asokananda. This repetition allows you to solidify your understanding of the core techniques.
After building a strong foundation, you will spend a week in our bridging course, reviewing and deepening the knowledge you have acquired so far.
This is followed by two weeks of advanced training. In the first week, you will learn how to perform a full body massage with the recipient in the side position. The final week introduces you to advanced techniques and stretches that will elevate your skills. Additionally, you will discover how to create and apply herbal balls in your massage practice.
To gain practical experience, you will have the opportunity to provide massage to elderly residents at a local home under the guidance of your instructor.
Each morning, you will apply your knowledge and techniques in a real-world setting. In the afternoons, you will receive valuable feedback and further instruction to refine your skills.

Our training program is intensive, enabling you to learn a great deal in a relatively short period. While many of our previous students completed the program successfully, we have observed that some found the pace challenging and experienced stress.
To address this, we have made an important change to the program structure. After the first four weeks of intensive training, we now include a one-week break. This week off allows you to rest, reflect on what you have learned, and return to the program refreshed and ready to absorb more knowledge.
We believe this change will enhance your learning experience and help you get the most out of our comprehensive Thai massage training. Our goal is to support you in becoming a skilled and confident practitioner while maintaining a healthy balance throughout your studies.

10 Weeks Intensive Thai Massage Training

1 Beginners course + 2nd Beginners course + Bridging & Side Position + Advanced + Stretches & Fieldwork + Meditation Retreat + Fieldwork
For the most serious of students who are looking for an Intensive Massage Program and also want to integrate meditation.
The course follows Asokananda’s advice to do the Beginner's class twice, before proceeding to the Bridging component.
Following this is a one week review to consolidate the knowledge acquired in the Bridging course.
Next is 2 weeks of advanced training. The first week addresses the full body massage in the side position, and the second week introduces advanced techniques and stretches. You will also learn how to make and apply herbal balls.
The meditation retreat at Wat Umong is a 10 day retreat, and prospective students should be prepared for the commitment involved in this component before choosing the Combo 10 course.
The fieldwork component involves practice of techniques by giving massages at a home for elderly people under the supervision of the teacher in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teachings in the afternoons.
